Culture, Connection, and Joy: A Recap of the April 2026 Holiday Chinese Cultural & Activity Camp
The New Zealand Chinese Youth Trust (NZCYT), in collaboration with Si-Le Joy School, is proud to look back on another successful Holiday Chinese Cultural & Activity Camp! For years, this popular program has offered children aged 5-12 a unique way to spend their break, and our April 2026 session was no exception.
This wasn’t just a holiday childcare service; it was a five-day journey of discovery. Our participants immersed themselves in traditional Chinese cultural experiences and Mandarin practice, while also gaining practical skills in safety and environmental awareness. As seen in our highlight video, the atmosphere was filled with energy, with children shouting “Wow” and “Yeah” as they connected with new friends in a supportive and “happy” environment.
The video captures the spirit of the week perfectly—participants worked to “heat up” the room with their enthusiasm, showing off their growth and confidence. By the end of the program, every child walked away with valuable new knowledge and lasting memories.

紐西蘭中華青年信託基金會 (NZCYT) 與 喜樂悅學 (Si-Le Joy School) 再次攜手合作，圓滿完成了廣受好評的「華語文化育樂營」！多年來，這個受歡迎的項目為 5-12 歲的孩子們提供了獨特的假期體驗，2026 年 4 月的營隊更是精彩紛呈。
這不僅僅是一個假期托育服務，更是一場為期五天的探索之旅。孩子們沉浸在中國傳統文化體驗和華語練習中，同時也學習了關於安全與環保意識的實用知識。從回顧影片中可以看到，現場氣氛非常熱烈，孩子們在充滿支持且「快樂」的環境中結交新朋友，並不時發出「Wow」和「Yeah」的歡呼聲。
